Return and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products (Hygiene and Personal Care), Originate products are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable once the order has been delivered.

We maintain this strict policy to ensure that every wipe that reaches our customers is 100% sterile, untouched, and safe for use on the skin.

Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Items): A refund or replacement will only be issued if:

1.     The product received is physically damaged.

2.     The product has a manufacturing defect (e.g., completely dry wipes).

3.     The wrong item was shipped to you.

In such cases, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos of the damaged product.

·       Requirement: To process a claim for damage, we require a clear photo or a short video of the damaged product and the outer packaging.

·       Once we receive and inspect your returned (unopened) item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

·       If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

·       Any product that has been opened, used, or has a broken seal cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.

·       Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
